Sony CD w/ bluetooth

Hi, I have a few questions re. the Sony cd-132 radio with bluetooth and hope for some help in this forum.
How is the system working ? If I find a Sony cd-132 with bluetooth an install it in the car, how is the system working. Is it possible to connect a microphone and then it will be working like a FSE system ? Just the same way as a "bluetooth thing that you put on your ear". I do not need a charger. If it is so simple, how do I answer the phone when it is ringing ?
I have seen a few sony cd-radio for sale for the Mondeo. Some are writing that is is with bluetooth and some not. How do I check if it is with bluetooth. Do they have a speciel partnumber or speciel colour in display or something else ?
